Terms of Service

Cortex is operated by Khay Digital Ltd, a member of the Khay Group, registered in Mauritius. You can reach us at support@cortex.bykhay.com.

Cortex sells bundles of Claude Skills — digital files (markdown “SKILL.md” documents and any accompanying assets) that you install into Claude to add specialist capabilities. You are buying a licence to use these files, not the underlying Claude or Anthropic services.

Each purchase grants lifetime access to the purchased bundle and includes future updates to the skills in that bundle at no additional cost, for as long as we offer the product.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the skills in your purchased bundle for your own personal or single-business purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the skill files, in whole or in part;
• Publish the files publicly or share your account to give others access;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices contained in the files;
• Use the product to build a competing catalogue or marketplace of skills;
• Use the product for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any third party's rights.

All skills, content, branding, and materials made available through Cortex are owned by Khay Digital Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence expressly granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

Output you generate with Claude using these skills is yours to use, subject to Anthropic’s terms. The skill files themselves remain our intellectual property.

• Prices are shown at checkout and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are collected by Panaque Ltd (United Kingdom), acting as merchant of record on our behalf via Stripe. A charge may appear as “Panaque Ltd” on your statement. We do not store your full card details.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected at checkout.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect bundles you have already purchased.

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before buying.

Cortex is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. “Claude” is a product of Anthropic. Your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic’s own terms, and you are responsible for having any subscription required to use the skills.

The skills are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given purpose; you are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it. We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khay Digital Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the product will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khay Digital Ltd and the Khay Group from any claims or liabilities arising out of your misuse of the product or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, in particular the restrictions in section 5. On termination for breach, the licence granted to you ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, and the courts of Mauritius will have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
