Refund Policy

Our products are digital files (SKILL.md documents) delivered instantly and available to download the moment your payment succeeds. Because a digital product cannot be “returned” once it has been delivered, all sales are final and, except where required by law or expressly stated below, purchases are non-refundable.

When you purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the files and acknowledge that delivery begins right away. Where your local law grants a “cooling-off” or cancellation right for digital content (for example in the EU/UK), you agree that by starting the download you consent to immediate performance and waive that cancellation right to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are the exception, not the rule. We will normally consider a refund only where:

• You were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same order;
• A genuine technical fault on our side prevented you from ever accessing what you paid for, and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time after you reported it;
• A skill is materially not as described and we are unable to fix or replace it after you give us a fair chance to do so - contact info@khay.digital first so we can help.

As a goodwill gesture, we may also refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded any of the files in the bundle.

To protect against abuse of digital goods, we do not refund for:

• Change of mind, or simply deciding you no longer want the product, after you have downloaded any files;
• "Not satisfied" or buyer's remorse where there is no genuine, unresolved defect in the product;
• Files you have already downloaded, copied, or used;
• Your lack of access to Claude, or an environment issue on your side (the skills require your own access to Claude - this is stated before purchase);
• Failure to read the product description, this policy, or the Terms before buying.

Any refund we grant is a one-time goodwill gesture. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, revoke access, terminate your account, and decline future sales where we reasonably believe our refund policy is being abused - including a pattern of buy-download-refund, sharing or redistributing the files, or requesting a refund after making substantial use of a bundle.

If you have any issue with a charge, contact us first at info@khay.digital - we will almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us, or a chargeback we consider unwarranted (for example after you have downloaded and kept the files), may result in your account being suspended and access revoked, and we reserve the right to contest it with the delivery, download, and access records we hold.

If you believe you qualify under section 3, email info@khay.digital within 7 days of purchase, from the address you used to buy, with your order details and a clear description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days, and your access to the bundle is removed. A charge and any refund appear as “Cortex” on your statement.

Nothing in this policy removes any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you. This policy sets out how those rights operate for instant-delivery digital products and is intended to be read alongside our Terms of Service.
